I cant help but consider the rhetoric of black people who stated that the work to end racism should be owned by the people who have created it and perpetuate it. However, I think in the professional space it is different. Being uncomfortable needs to happen in the work for anti-racism. Also, I think there is an honesty that is necessary, when you as a white person have to stare the victim or the receiving end of said racism. Thank you for this perspective and sharing.
