The power of Affirmations| Tea For The Queen
“Affirmations are things we say to ourselves about ourselves to enhance our lives.”
I added affirmations to my life in late 2016. Since then, they have really retrained my self talk. I used to believe in the old wives’ saying, “what you think is what you will speak” but now with the power of affirmations, I know that the words we say can retrain our thoughts. Affirmations use the power of attraction to change our perspective which will affect the energy in our lives.
When we were kids, the affirmation seems like something a dork would do to psych themselves up to talk to their crush or a middle-aged man would do to prepare for an interview. Even if this is true and these type-characters are true, they were on to something. Verbal declaration for positivity can truly change a lot.
Like so many factions in my life that everyone should consider, I stumbled upon these affirmations via podcasting. Tracy G, has built an entire site and brand around affirming good vibes for good souls. I share her affirmation EP, visuals, and app with everyone I come across.
